You mean forcing migration to Europe, yes? Agreed that could be an issue. But there's already a good bit of attempted migration to the EU for economic reasons, so it's not clear food shortages will make for more migrants to the point of pushing NATO apart.

The real question is will that be enough centrifugal force. Every time the RF commits another Bucha, the centripetal force goes up.
