You know there are travel tripods? The ones made of CF weigh maybe three pounds and are stable so long as you keep a downward force on them (kind of like with a monopod but without bending it with a shin).

I mostly use big (top tubes around 1.5" in diameter) tripods, but even those are nothing like trying to drag a rollator around.
