Working at a sit-stand desk/table? Yeah, me, too.
I came out of a month long hospital stay with perceptibly worse balance (long story, was so weak I had to re-learn walking). To work on my balance, I've been standing on a series of progressively more difficult balance disks, but after a while my feet start complaining and I shift to a standing mat. (I mostly work barefoot or sockfoot.)
