That said, the point of choline is methyl donors for methylation (something your body does to turn some things you eat into other things you need - e.g. creatine, B vitamins). There are a couple of SNPs that determine how good you are at methylation. The population pretty much breaks down into quartiles (four parts). Chris Masterjohn breaks this down pretty well, including a tool to feed your genome into to see your methylation efficiency (and so needs) and a database of choline containing foods (choline's not the only dietary methyl donor out there).
