…which has reappeared in the supermarkets in my area (Boston ‘burb) — which might mean the Great Pandemic Bake-Off is over… for the moment.
I ended up buying a 50lb bag of WW bread flour from a commercial supplier and splitting it up with my neighbors, and I was just about to run out of that. No limit posted but I made a point of buying only one 5lb bag so we don’t all have the toilet paper thing happen.
BTW/FWIW, whole wheat pastry flour makes a great peach cobbler as well (we’ve got a couple of trees groaning with fruit) — and I’ve been using it for yeasted peach pancakes every morning.
