When I read that, I can hear it in JFK's voice, excepting the 'wet'. Might be appropriate as he had a strong Hyannis accent (note to people outside MA - hardly any of us sound like that) and Cape Cod is similarly at relatively low elevation (Hyannis is at 32 feet - 10ish meters).

So, yeah, at least one of your readers saw (and appreciated) what you did there.

That said, I'm with Jim Roye (and many, many other people) that flood insurance isn't available a second time for any flood zone property.
