There's at least one thing to pay attention to nutrition-wise: any combination of the SNP set called MTHFR has implications for the amount of choline you need. That said - I realize that you were using racing tires to make a point, but as someone who's owned a number of sportscars (all RWD, of course), the point of upgrading tires on a sportscar (like on a street bike) is more about having plenty of warning as a tire starts to break away and a nice smooth transition into a drift (and yes, street bikes can be drifted). Absolute maximum traction is for the track, and you may end up trading a smooth transition for a better drive out of the corners - but that's the racing game.
