There are so many people with 'owl' chronotypes trying to keep the socially-approved "lark" schedule and making themselves unhappy - and likely damaging their brains through poor sleep - it's *so* sad.

We don't get to pick chronotype any more than sexual orientation or gender identity; there's no 'fixing' an owl into a lark - you just get an unhappy, sleep-deprived owl.
