So if one were to compare panels of the same area, mounted alongside each other comparative power output would be... what? Same as with a dual-axis tracker (140-ish percent)?

Also, the point was to not use trackers. Limiting the range of motion does not solve the issues involved with them (primarily weather degradation over time). Panel with prisms will be heavier but I think that might be a non issue as trackers tend to pivot panels at a balance point - and the motion is slow enough that the additional mass doesn't present a significantly additional inertial load.
