You mean the typical home, which is not at all portable, so the price includes the land it sits on?

I suspect comparing square foot prices between these and homes that, as at least somewhat portable, do not come with land, is "apples to oranges".

That said, I find the notion of climbing down a ladder to use the bathroom in the middle of the night unappealing.
