So... they get those loaded onto ships - and go where, exactly? The Bosporus is closed to their warships. Are there any civilian freighters available?

They could intend to dump assets in the sea, like the US did at the end of the Vietnam war so as to deny them to the incoming government, but, they have incendiary grenades...?

Not that important in the grand scheme of things, but I found myself wondering.
