Tank trivia: that disabled tank is a T90 (a renamed T72BU). Without external tankage, it has a nominal range of 500km. For scale, it's about 410km from Kiev to Kharkov. I've been seeing reports of columns stopped due to fuel shortages which doesn't totally make sense(?)

The Russian MBT NATO is concerned about is the T14 Armata, a much more formidable weapon (but probably no better than the T90 at infantry support). It's unclear how many of those the Russian army might have.
