Back when I was a software engineer I realized that there were journals that we read, and the public pretty much didn’t or couldn’t — and there were popular magazines about tech for the public, that, as engineers, we generally didn’t bother reading. Isn’t that “didn’t or couldn’t” the definition of ‘trade press’?
