So replacing a super-healthy monounsaturated fat with potentially problematic polyunsaturated? It might taste just like an avocado but count me out. Now if it was olive oil (also a monounsaturated FA)...
BTW, avocados are transported in refrigerated containers; an avocado won't start to ripen if kept below about 50F.
