Resveratrol has health benefits but there isn't enough in a glass of red wine to do much of anything. Maybe if it was wine made from Japanese knotweed roots (one source for resveratrol supplements). It's an invasive here in New England, and I've dug up plenty as it's very hard to eradicate. I've thought of making tea or an infusion from the roots but I haven't a clue what the concentration might be...
