Also, please consider making 'following' the default category over 'recommended'. Given all the new authors going on about areas they're not already experts on makes Medium effectively a wall of clickbait titles for new readers. Let us do our own curation. You might also think about changing 'recommended' to 'discover' - and present articles by authors we're not following - but that the recommendation engine otherwise recommends.

And while I'm on that, the 'following' list in the mobile app does not show all the new articles by the authors I'm following.
