It would have to be quite a few spearheads, given Ukraine's distributed artillery model. I'm a little surprised there hasn't been more press on that, but individual units, communicating via Starlink terminals are accepting target dispatch via an app that's a lot like the one Uber has for their drivers. So they're scattered, making counter battery fire tough for the RF, let alone providing a concentrated battery that a tank column might capture. They seem to have taken NATO doctrine a step further - and I'd expect NATO doctrine to change to match. And that was with the 155mm tubes. HIMARS, once in theater in larger numbers will change things even more (just look at what the half-dozen or so 'medium' range ones are doing.
