Peace? Of course. Letting your neighbor country determine your affairs? Not so much. Even less so when that country is run by an autocrat who's just shown he's willing to invade his peaceful neighbors.

I don't expect Finland to militarize their border unless the RF starts doing the same. NATO is a defensive arrangement.
