Part of one of the questions was "And junior officers or NCOs, are many being captured?"

I'm not a military guy, but from my reading, the RF doesn't have NCOs and, even if they see the problem CAN'T have NCOs. See Dylan Combellick's article about this. Seriously, go read it. He’s in a position to understand the issue and lays it out well.
