Once I got past the schadenfreude, it occurred to me that this gives Trump an excuse to bow out of the election, get pardoned by Pence, and be able to say, forever after "I’m no loser — I was going to win! I could have turned everything around in the last 30 days before the election - but I got this nothingburger virus that meant I couldn't have my rallies because of overreacting Democrat scientists - it's all their fault!"

It wouldn't surprise me if he planned to do this all along. WTH knows whether he's telling the truth about that test? IMO it's news when he tells the truth about, well, anything.

Pence is negative, again according to the WH. He and T are in the same interior spaces on a regular basis. So... either Pence was lucky, or it's all a put-on, or he has the bug but just doesn't have a positive test...yet (incubation period)
