Old guy here, apparently living under a rock - could someone fill me in on what the 'IA' at the end is about, and maybe why whatever that is isn't covered by the 'Q+' at the end of LGBTQ+?

No issues with peoples sexuality, but the acronym seems to be getting more unwieldy over time.
