Not exactly "go to jail". Instead the state has allowed individuals to sue anyone involved with an abortion after 6 weeks for $10K plus attorney fees.

My guess is that a lot of red-controlled states will follow suit.

No idea if it'll be struck down. The newly-conservative Supreme Court has refused to stay it. Personally I'm wondering how that might cause changes to the court (i.e. expansion, impeachment of Kavanaugh over lying to Congress).

It's also going to have some interesting political repercussions nationally.
