Non Raynaud’s sufferer here - but I do ride a motorcycle into the cold months in New England (I now stop when roads can have ice as that's a bit too... exciting for an old guy like me). Hands get cold first, even with good gloves. I've discovered that a heat source over my kidneys warms my hands. I have a 12vdc electric vest that does this for me on the bike (Widder for any other cold weather riders out there) but, as an experiment, I modified a vest I already had, put pockets the right size for Zippo handwarmers over my kidneys for winter photography (another cold-hands activity). Using that, my hands are comfy down to the point where they start sticking to metal objects (major reason/excuse for CF tripods).
