My anecdata: I've done IF for a few years. My intent was to promote 'fuel flexibility', to regularly cycle between glucose and ketones - as an anti-T2DM move; I have genetics that make me susceptible.

I unintentionally lost about 10lbs within the first few months. No more since then. Not a big deal either way.
