As I understand it, about 15% of the Moldovan population uses Russian as a 'language of first use'. Gotta wonder how many of those Russian speakers were foolish (or ill-informed) enough to migrate to the RF for work - and how many of *those* haven't been mobilized. On top of that, the most direct path for them to go to the RF is through another country where speaking Russian is no handicap to getting a job - Ukraine.
So 'only 2' polling stations isn't evidence of some pro-Western conspiracy - there's no reason to think more would be needed. (but I had to think that through 'aloud' to get to that conclusion).
Also, based on the (South) Koreans I've known over the years - and pictures of the Buryats I've seen, they look *very* different.
