Love the action on low profile Kailh blue switches. Not noisy like standard-height blues (Cherry or Kailh) but loads of tactile feedback.

I bought a of Havit HV-KB390L (tenkeyless), liked it so well I bought another so I could have one at work and one at home.

Illuminated, but it's easy to turn that down/off. My only complaint is that it's wired-only and that matters with sit/stand desks/tables

If you're looking for a mechanical keyboard your coworkers won't find too loud, this is one to consider.
