Looks great! I did a little research and I get the impression that a 'traditional' Detroit pizza pan gets better results than a simple straight-wall cake pan.

I find the pan interesting as they started out as oil-drip and factory-parts trays repurposed for this. Makes sense that this is 'Detroit' style.

Do you think the pans are worth buying (and taking storage space)?
