This doesn't just block K1 (K for 'Koagulation') and so reduces platelet 'stickiness', but also K2, which is primarily needed to guide serum calcium away from soft tissues and into the bones. Check with your cardiologist as there's been new research in the last decade or so. Also maybe discuss a calcium scan (artery linings is one of those soft tissues you don't want calcium in).
To be fair to Aahnold, he'd been on a steroid regimen through his bodybuilding years. No telling what chronic warfarin might do.
