I’ve been using around 5 lbs a month of KA whole wheat bread flour since about 1990. WW flour, as opposed to white, doesn’t have a long shelf life unless you freeze it— so I’ve been buying the 5lb bags.

I live in a cohousing community, so I was able to ask neighbors (via our Slack) who wanted WW flour, was able to pool an order, bought 50lbs of ‘Ardent Mills’ WW flour, will share it out when it gets here. If you’re interested in commercial quantity baking supplies, check Baker’s Authority. Looks like they might be re-bagging into 5lb bags. They’re good folks. I’ve been buying yeast from them (in 1lb packages) for years.
