I've been guessing all along that those findings associating a daily multivitamin with lower risk for all sorts of things to be healthy user bias. That said, I *do* take a multi-mineral as it's cheaper than taking separate zinc, selenium and copper. The research linking calcium supplements and bone density is mixed so I don't take that, but the research on selenium is not - so I do.
And it's important to get vitamin X (eXercise). :-)
