It's starting to look as though every time you get covid, your risk of getting 'long covid' goes up.
There's also something going on (risk elevation) with previous infection with the epstein-barr virus (part of the herpes family - as is chickenpox - no data on risk change with that one, though).
I live in New England, still wear a mask when I can - and nobody gives me a dirty look. I'm having a little trouble wrapping my head around people giving other people a hard time for wearing a mask. I don't doubt accounts of it happening, just having trouble understanding motivation for doing that other than straight up "being an asshole".
