I'm well over 50, no other complicating factors.

I'm been paying attention to all the people who got infected at the last gridiron dinner. Nobody's been hospitalized - and these are people who are all about my age - or older. It looks to me that T-cell immunity from vaccination is holding strong (in spite of the way T2 fades past 65).

I'll get a second booster - but I don't see a reason to rush. Maybe if we travel overseas this summer...

BTW/FWIW. I've seen a couple of studies in which older folks who have been given a course of rapamycin, then a wash-out period show a stronger immune response (flu vaccine, not covid). Also a couple (non-elders) in which the response was improved with exercise immediately post-vaccination (also flu).

Any thoughts?
