I'm not at all sure whether this should go into 'fixed' or 'modifiable' risks, but there's also lipoprotein(a), which presents a clot risk.
'Fixed' because it's a genetic condition.
'Modifiable' because, even though it's often missed, there are some treatments.
If you're a PC physician and unaware of this, you might start here. It's not rare and doesn't appear on regular lipids panels. Think of it as, effectively, a high platelet count.
