If you're using medium-base 100W LED lamps, it's worth upgrading to high color rendering (CRI) index bulbs. About the best I've found are Hyperikon brand at (sigh) amazon. I even use daylight lower-wattage ones in my light box to evaluate prints.

Speaking of handheld under any conditions, I shot a wedding of a friend (as not-the-pro) in an interestingly lit space: yellow and purple lights at the top of the atrium, and worse, those lights were moving (some kind of motorized arrangement) in what appeared to be random oscillations. Major PITA in post. My only saving grace was white tablecloths and local adjustments.
