If you've got a window to look out, try this:

While looking out the window, hold your thumb up at arm's length (or closer). Now focus on your thumb, on a distant object, your thumb. Repeat a few times.

Learned this eye exercise in flight school decades ago, along with giving my eyebrows and eyelashes a gentle tug so as to remove any loose ones (sucks to get one in your eye when you're in the left seat). Still doing both.

Smooth tracking is new to me. I'll start that one today - thanks!
