If you want MCTs, spend the extra bit on 'grass fed' dairy and meat products. Dairy may or may not be labeled as such, but consider the economics involved wherever the dairy is from. Farmers in places that can pasture year round (e.g. Normandy, Ireland, New Zealand) almost certainly aren't feeding their 'girls' grain. Other places harvest grass in the fall (e.g. Finland, probably Vermont), turn that into 'silage' for the winter months. Personally, I shy away from dairy from places where feed corn is cheaper than haying + silage (think northern corn states) unless it actually states "grass fed".

My own experience is on a dairy in Franklin, VT - and we definitely did not buy grain.
