I‘ve been experimenting with IF. I experience hunger starting around 16 hours after my last meal, lasting until hour 18–19 — and then it’s gone. I don’t usually go past 24 hours, but it’s more of a “I should probably eat now”.
That said, I’m not doing this for weight loss — it’s more of a metabolic/cellular health thing (autophagy/mitophagy/apoptosis of senescent cells). But I’m here to tell you that the hunger does fade if you wait long enough.
