I’d quibble about the height of the ESB (the one you quote includes the old mooring dock supposedly for airships - in spite of never having been used for that) but it makes the numbers come out, so never mind. :-)

BTW, I've been on that observation deck (around the dock base). The building sways enough to be unsettling...
