I hadn't known about anticholinergics. I don't take any, but will pass the word to my wife who does.
FWIW, I've seen some reports of a correlation between lipophilic statin (simvastatin, fluvastatin, pitavastatin, lovastatin, atorvastatin) use and dementia, but not the hydrophilic ones (rosuvastatin, pravastatin).
It's entirely possible that there's also a genetic component (i.e. an issue for some, but not others) and may be size-of-dose (mg per kg) dependent. As I remember, there was a 'dosage' connection, but 'dosage' meant 'years of use'.
