I had meant both conditions together. Essentially, is the CNS immune reaction from infection, whether it's current or prior - or is it from mRNA causing cells to produce spike-analog structures on their cell walls.
Also, as far I know (not my field) 'gene therapy' means changing gene expression in the nucleus (either through DNA change, or more likely affecting methylation or what's attached to the histone tails (AKA epigenetics). An MRNA vaccine is just that, mRNA; the lipid particle gets it to the cytoplasm, but not into the nucleus.
