Hmmm... gotta start keeping track, I guess...

Back before I started replacing paper books with ebook versions, one of the neighborhood kids was in the house - and asked me: "Have you actually *read* all of these?". I looked for a bit, couldn't find a shelved one that I hadn't read (unread pile was exactly that: a pile on the floor).

I... guess I have...

IMO it's an addiction - just one with potentially positive side effects.

Calibre lets me mark books as read (with a date). I'm not sure if that can feed back from CalibreCompanion (mobile app that lets me keep my entire library with me). Time to figure it out.

If you're going ebook, I can highly recommend both Calibre (Win/Lin/Mac) and then both CC (developed by people unconnected to Calibre) and Moon+ Reader (Android, not sure about iOS). I can start reading something on a big tablet, pick it up where I left off on a phone when I'm in, say, a waiting room. Spent almost an entire day in one as I'd taken a neighbor to the Emergency Dept. - got through about 3 SF titles and re-read parts of Xenophon's 'Going Upcountry' (an old favorite - some people have Proust - I have an old Greek guy). Had a serious crick in my neck.

Do you re-enter titles when you re-read? Or am the only guy who goes back? My wife doesn't do that at all.
