Here's the thing about Trump 2020 voters: they voted knowing about kids in cages. Politics, left vs right, I can let slide — but this tell me who they are. There are plenty of other beyond-terrible things Trump has done, but that’s the one that just breaks my heart. I’m not sure someone 100% OK with that actually qualifies as human. And, yes, I am ‘othering’ them — with good f’ing reason.

Given that there are about 500 kids separated from their parents at the border that the government hasn’t been able to reunite with their parents. I’m not feeling like a winner at all.
