Have you ever heard of 'Federalism'? People on your side of the ideological divide often shout it as "STATES RIGHTS!!".
Whether you like how those states changed their election policies or not - that's not up to you. Texas has no more right to sue another state over their election practices than New York has to sue Texas over gun laws.
Live in one of those states? If you do, good for you - you have 'standing'. Maybe you can come up with a court case. You should know those have been getting thrown out out for having NO evidence, so make sure you have something solid.
Now, if you're a voter on the side that lost (which makes you a minority) you probably feel disenfranchised. The whole point of the Electoral College is to make minority votes 'disappear' - to disenfranchise them.
Yeah, it sucks. I don't like it either, so we might actually agree on something.
