Gotta wonder about broadcasts to Krasnodor. I've seen at least one article in which those folks strongly support Russia's "Anti-Nazification" efforts. I'd take that to mean that they haven't any other sources of information.

It would have to be radio, as TV is line of sight, and the 'limb' of the planet gets in the way.
