I'd hesitate to lump this group in with unhealthy nondrinkers as 'got older' is not indicative of a health condition. It could simply be a decreasing sense of smell - and so taste - making delicate flavor combinations (like a Sauvignion with broiled sea bass) rather pointless.
I'd expect changing that group from 'unhealthy' to 'healthy' to dissappear in rounding, but still...
That said, metabolic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) is about to be the leading cause of liver transplantation - and finding donors (live or dead) is a problem because metabolic fatty liver has become so prevalent. To be fair, the previous leading condition (Hep C) got knocked out of the box as there's a treatment now.
