Good question. Russia seems to be running out of willing military volunteers, and they've moved on to their T62-era missiles, which could be a sign that they've run short on the 'good stuff'.
That said, Russia's military forte is a slow grinding advance. Soften up with huge artillery barrages, move in with overwhelming infantry forces - and ignore the losses. But they're running short on willing volunteers (and those are from the non-ethnic-Russian parts of the Empire). General mobilization would fix this - but at the expense of probably getting the same response from ethnic Russians as Johnson got here over the Vietnam War.
They seem to have plenty of howitzer ammo, but HIMARS has made them move their depots waaay back which has got to be putting a crimp in their depot->battery logistics. And those transport trucks are perfect targets for partisans...
Yeah, open question...
