What jumps out at me is that this is for patients *already* exibiting cognitive symptoms. [deep sigh] Whenever I see a study like this I have hopes that there might be something that identifies AD *before* they show any cognitive symptoms - essentially a 'holy grail'. This is certainly a step in that direction - and I hope it leads to an earlier diagnostic.
