From reading the treaty, there doesn't seem to be a way for a nation to be pushed out - not even by a unanimous (excepting that nation) vote. Article 13 deals with 'withdrawal', but that has to be initiated by the country departing.
Anyone with a better 'read' care to enlighten me with the Article that's in?
