For anyone on a land line (or VOIP using an adapter so there's an old-style phone or portable at your end) there's a device that can cut robocall interruptions down by a lot. It's not cheap ($80-ish), but will pick up on all calls, and block those not on your "accept" list. You can either enter those manually, or callers can press 0, hang up, and call back (don't worry - if a telemarketer does that you can put them on your "block" list. It's called the Sentry Call Blocker. We've had ours for more than a year, makes the phone ringing a lot less of a PITA
