Also true for 'iced' coffee. The trick is to proportion the weight of grounds to liquid so the ice counts as somewhere between 80-100% liquid, depending on how quickly you think it might be consumed. If you have a kitchen scale, no fancy calculation is required. By definition one gram of water is 1 ml in volume, so you can just use the weight of the ice and brew-water combined.
